Al has thirty years of experience in the health care industry, and over twenty years of experience in cell therapies, medical devices and tissue regeneration. He has demonstrated proven capability to shepherd novel technologies from creation to commercialization. Al has been CEO/Senior Manager of 6 biotechnology start-up companies and has held C-level/VP positions at 3 other life science companies including Pfizer.
Richard Berenson - Acting CFO
Richard has been CEO/COO of ten companies, CFO/Treasurer of more than five companies, and helped form InCytu to commercialize David Mooney’s technology. He has been leading organizations and developing practical, break-through strategy for more than twenty years. Rick has worked across a broad range of industries and can master new technologies and markets with speed. Rick received a JD-MBA from Harvard Business and Law Schools in 1984 and is a graduate of Harvard College.
